We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were great and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the lake view room balcony. The location was perfect, with many street restaurants on the opposite side. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options, including pho and eggs. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a decent time. Breakfast was satisfying with a range of options to choose from. the location was great, as it was close to a supermarket and just a short taxi ride away from the tourist sites. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made check-in and check-out seamless.
The room was not very pleasant. the carpets were dirty, and there was a strong odor of musty mold that made the room unbearable.

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. The friendly front desk staff were able to communicate in decent English and were mostly accurate in their information. the hotel provided a business center, which was a helpful touch for any work-related needs.
The lack of variety in the breakfast menu was a disappointment, as the choices remained the same during my entire stay. I encountered small cockroaches on two out of the five days, which was definitely a negative aspect of the hotel experience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Hoan Kiem area, making it easy to explore the bustling streets and attractions of the Old Quarter. the room was comfortable and clean, providing a comfortable stay after a long day of exploring the city. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including fruit, yogurt, and toast, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
The hotel lacked access to the lake, requiring a walk around the roads to reach it, which could be inconvenient for those looking to enjoy a leisurely stroll by the water.

This place is located in a diplomatic area, close to the convention center and exhibition center. It is also conveniently situated near a supermarket, making it easy to grab any necessities. The service here is top-notch, with room service and laundry services available. The room amenities are great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. I felt safe with the in-room safe provided and enjoyed the convenience of the free Wi-Fi. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a hairdryer, free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a television.
I highly recommend this venue to everyone.
